Clicking on the Mandala's central point you will read the names of diverse individuals, groups and institutions who are preserving the Treasure through Ahimsa, Mahatma Gandhi's message of love for all life through active non-violence, which threads through the fabric of our actions, experiments, and lives. |
 |
Clicking clockwise on the 8 points of the circumference, you will see these individuals and groups' intention in action expressed through a series of eight experiments or artistic offerings of the five elements (yellow for earth, red for fire, green for air, blue for water and white for space). Each of the 8 points proposes a social field of action for which the people who are offering the elements come together, sometimes overcoming profound conflicts. This expression of love is a practice of Ahimsa.

If you click on the point of light at the top of the Mandala, a series of offerings will appear which are dedicated to the earth element (social field of action: Education for a Culture of Peace). Once you are inside this section of the website, you will receive instructions on how to participate.

After the artistic offering of the earth (currently in progress), fire (2008), air (2009) and water (2010), we will create a spheric sculpture representing the Treasure that will travel to connect the first four elements to the final one: space (2011).

| The design of OraWorldMandala is the result of five years of artistic research realized in collaboration with many people that will be mentioned in different forms throughout the process. |
